How it works

  • The hotel is booked by your agent, using the Conferma booking tool
  • The booking is guaranteed against the Barclaycard Business Hotel Tracker account
  • When the traveller checks out of the hotel the Barclaycard Business Hotel Tracker account will be charged directly by the hotel in accordance with the booking instructions
  • You will settle your monthly statement with Barclaycard Business
  • You will be provided with an electronic Hotel Tracker Transaction Statement by your agent giving you combined billed and booked data
