Copy statements/vouchers

If you would like to request a copy of a previous Merchant Service Charge Statement or a transaction that has been processed you can request via our online order form.

The costs are as follows:

• Statements - Copies of your current statements are free, however there is a £7.50 charge for any other month.
• Vouchers - Copies of vouchers are provided free of charge.
