Standard reports

In addition to your monthly paper statements, a selection of standard reports detailing your account expenditure are available charges apply. Usually these are encrypted and provided electronically by email, on CD-ROM or floppy disk.

The standard reports are produced monthly, but may be supplied on a more frequently or on an annual basis if required. (Fees may apply.)

The reports can be produced at Company or Group, Cardholder and Cost Centre levels and can include:

• Cardholder expenditure comparison
• Supplier analysis
• Trade category analysis
• Geographic and divisional summary analysis
• Evidence and Non Evidence of VAT Analysis
