Other expenditure restrictions
There are a number of other expenditure restrictions which can be applied on an individual cardholder basis, allowing the organisation to empower staff, but ensuring control of the account is retained.
Single transaction limit
A single transaction limit can be applied to any cardholder at any time. This could be set up to correspond to the individual's seniority or level of purchasing authority they hold within the organisation. The limit you set is inclusive of VAT.
Trade category restrictions
All VISA suppliers are classified into one of the 34 Trade Categories.
You are able to restrict access to single or multiple categories for each cardholder.
