Electronic VAT Reclaim

Each time a Purchasing card is used to buy good or services from a VAT capable supplier, the data attached to each transaction includes enhanced VAT information.

The Electronic VAT Archive (EVA) is our in-house software package developed specifically to archive VAT data. It offers a wide range of detailed reports that can be quickly and easily prepared and shared electronically throughout your organisation, saving processing costs.

HM Revenue & Customs accepts these reports as sole evidence of VAT, and therefore your organisation does not have to keep additional copies of paper invoices or receipts for the purpose of processing VAT.
