Card recognition guides

If the cardholder and card are present please ensure that the card is carefully checked against the relevant card recognition guide at the start of the transaction.

To view the card recognition information, please select the relevant type of card:

Paper copies of these will have been supplied to you as part of your Welcome Pack. However, further copies may be obtained from our Customer Services Department on 0844 811 6666.

Once you are happy that the card is genuine you will need to process the transaction and seek authorisation.
