BIN Ranges & Rules

If you currently use your own Point of Sale equipment to submit files to us, it is important that you are aware of any changes to the BIN ranges and rules so that the transactions processed electronically meet Card Scheme regulations.

If you do not use the correct, up to date information you may not be able to :

• Identify the acquirer
• Apply the appropriate point of sale rules
• Correctly group transactions for reconciliation

From time to time the Card Schemes notify us of changes to the BIN ranges and rules and we will keep you informed, via this page.
