How does it work?

  • Any debit or credit card with the Wave symbol shown above can be used to pay for goods of £10 and under.
  • The cardholder simply touches their card to the reader and the payment is made
  • The contactless transaction is processed through the same secure network as chip and PIN
  • The whole transaction is complete in under a second
