Using your account

Your Barclaycard Business Lodge account can be used in the UK or further afield for both mainstream, regular travel and isolated, one-off trips.

Your organisation is issued with a unique account number. This number is 'lodged' with your Travel Management Company.

Each time a booking is made by an individual in your organisation, it can be charged to the account number held by your Travel Management Company, and then all your travel arrangements can be booked in exactly the same way as usual.

Each booking will generate an individual invoice for ease of reconciliation, however payment is not due until your monthly Barclaycard Business statement is received.
