Updating organisation information

Keeping in touch is important. If any of your details change, then please let us know immediately so that we can ensure there is no interruption to your service due to out of date information.

If any changes are required, such as a change of organisation name, premises, changes to named individuals on your account, or changes to telephone or fax numbers, one of your authorised people should contact us to request the be made to your records.

Updating Membership cardholder information

People move house, get promoted, or simply 'move on'. Keep us up to date by letting us know about any changes affecting your Membership cardholder.

To change personal details such as home address or contact numbers of the Membership cardholder, the cardholder or your organisation's administrator can contact us to make these changes.

If a Membership cardholder leaves your organisation, or is no longer responsible for arranging business travel, please ensure an authorised person contacts us to let us know who will be replacing them.

It may be necessary to issue a new reference number for security reasons when staff in your organisation move on.
