Statements
Barclaycard Business provides two types of statements: an organisation summary statement and a detailed statement.
The organisation will receive both of these.
If there have not been any transactions on your Barclaycard Business Account during a statement period, a statement will not be issued. This applies to both individual cardholder statements and company summary statements.
Company summary statements
Each month, an organisation summary statement will be sent, which provides a detailed breakdown of payments, adjustments and charges, along with an analysis of all the expenditure broken down into 34 supplier categories.
It also shows your current expenditure limits and amount spent - enabling you to determine whether the current limit allocated is still appropriate.
In addition to the statements a detailed monthly Lodge report is also produced.
Cardholder statements
Individual cardholder statements are also provided, containing a more detailed breakdownh of each transaction, including data on suppliers, purchase date and amounts.
