Your Membership card
A Membership card is issued to one nominated individual in your company. The card cannot be used for any other transactions other than with your chosen Travel Management Company.
You do not need to physically have the Membership card to make bookings using the Lodge account. Any staff member who has been authorised can make bookings through the account which is held by your Travel Management Company.
The Membership card needs to be kept secure at all times, as, being similar to a Corporate charge card, it contains all the information needed to be able to use your organisation's account for travel expenditure.
