Account administration contacts

When you opened your Barclaycard Business account, a "Contact for Correspondence", "Account Administrator(s)" and "Authorised Signatory(ies)" were nominated on your application. You also advised us of the Cardholder. These may be different people or you may have chosen to nominate the same person for these administrative roles.

The Contact for Correspondence will receive your organisation's Statements and other written communications. This person is not authorised to make changes to your Lodge account.

The Account Administrators are able to make changes to the account such as requesting expenditure limit changes, updating account information and authorising individuals to book using the Lodge account.

The Authorised Signatory(ies) are the individual(s) who were legally able to sign your organisation's application on behalf of the organisation. These individuals are also able to make changes to your account.

The Cardholder is considered the lead individual for making travel bookings and will have the Membership card issued in their name. They are authorised to make travel bookings using the account with your Travel Management Company. Other individuals can be authorised to charge travel arrangements to the Lodge account when they are booked through your chosen Travel Management Company.

If you need to change any of the above named individuals on your account, one of the authorised people should contact us to request this change.
