Account administration contacts

When you opened your Corporate Account, a "Contact for Correspondence", "Account Administrator(s)" and "Authorised Signatory(ies)" were nominated on your application. These may be different people or you may have chosen to nominate the same person for these administrative roles.

The Contact for Correspondence will receive your company Statements and other written communications. This person is not authorised to make changes to your Corporate Account, or your cardholders' accounts.

The Account Administrator(s) are able to make changes to the account such as requesting expenditure limit changes, updating account information and nominating or removing cardholders.

The Authorised Signatory(ies) are the individual(s) who were legally able to sign your company's application on behalf of the company. These individuals are also able to make changes to your account.

If you need to change any of the above named individuals on your Account, one of the authorised people should contact us to request this change.
