Updating your information
Keeping in touch is important. If any of your details change, then please let us know straight away so that we can ensure there is no interruption to your service due to out of date information.
If any changes are needed, such as a change of business name or business status (e.g. Ltd), change of premises, changes to named individuals on your account, or changes to telephone or fax numbers, one of the authorised people should contact us to request the changes be made to your records.
If you’ve had a Barclaycard Business account for a while, it’s worth reviewing our range of accounts to see whether a different type of account would more closely match your requirements.
Updating Cardholder Information
People move house, change jobs, or simply 'move on'. Keep us up to date by letting us know about any changes to Barclaycard Business cardholders.
To change other options for a cardholder, such as enabling cash withdrawals, changing expenditure limits or upgrading to gold, these need to be requested by your account administrator.
If a cardholder leaves your business, please ensure that the card is destroyed (by cutting it in half through the magnetic strip and Chip) and dispose of in a secure manner. Once the card has been destroyed, please contact us to let us know and remember to lock their access to Online Services.
Don't forget to complete an additional cardholder form for the person who will be replacing them.
