Making the minimum payment

1. You can set up an automatic minimum payment by Direct Debit for each cardholder, or for selected cardholders.
2. You can send us a cheque payable to Company Barclaycard, including your account number on the payee line.
3. You can make an electron payment through your bank for the minimum payments on your cardholder accounts.

You must make sure you make the requested minimum payment for each Cardholder account by the due date shown on your statement to avoid late payment charges. Please check your statements for the minimum payment due each month, and make sure you allow enough time for payments to reach us dependent upon your chosen method:

• Cheque in the post: 4 working days
• Over the counter (at a Barclays or other Bank branch): 3 working days
• Telephone Banking: 3 working days
• Internet, BACS or Businessmaster^* payments: 3 working days

^*Barclays Business customers only.

Charge card accounts

With your charge card account, just one automatic monthly payment is made each month by direct debit, on the due date agreed with Barclaycard Business when opening your account.
