Card expiry
A new card is issued a few weeks before the current card is due to expire.
The card will be sent to the address specified on the cardholder's application form and should be signed in ballpoint pen as soon as it arrives. You should continue to use the existing card until the start date of the new card. Please dispose of old cards by cutting them in half, through the magnetic strip.
