The first signatory on your application will receive your business statements and other written communications. This person is authorised to make changes to your Business account and your cardholders' accounts.
You can also make changes to the account such as requesting expenditure limit changes, updating account information and nominating or removing cardholders.
The Authorised Signatory(ies) is the individual(s) who were legally able to sign your businesses application on behalf of the business. They are also able to make changes to your account.
If you need to change any of the above named individuals on your account one of the authorised people should contact us to request an authorising form or confirm the changes in writing.
