Gold Cards are not available to BTI Corporate cardholders.

(If you have a PIN for your existing Silver Card you will be issued a new PIN after you have received your Gold Card).

4. By submitting this request I accept the increased card fee of £78 per card per annum on behalf of the company. I understand that, where applicable, a proportion of the Silver Card fee will be refunded.
