Technical Information

Access to Online Services is simple and requires no software to be installed on your computer. All you need is a web browser as the service is supplied directly over the internet.

Our Online Services supports W3C internet browsers running on both Microsoft and Apple OS systems, including all these versions:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
  • Safari 1.2.3+
  • Firefox 1.0.7+
  • Mozilla 1.7.5+
  • Opera 8.5+

Pop-ups need to be enabled to make sure you can use Online Services effectively. And you’ll need to give us your email details so we can let you know when your statement is available.

You'll also need to enable cookies on your web browser if you want your computer to remember your membership number each time you log-in. This is not recommended where you share your computer.
