How to sign up for Online Services

The signing up process is slightly different depending on whether you’re a card administrator or cardholder.

If you do not have a card account with us, you’ll be invited to register for Online Services automatically, when you complete your application for a Barclaycard Business Commercial card.

Card Administrators

1. Apply (existing customers only)

To register your organisation for Online Services we need to capture a few details from you.

You can give us your details by completing an online application at the link below or by using an offline form.

Once we’ve received and checked your application we’ll email you a unique membership number, together with a checklist of the information you’ll need to register and a link to the registration page.

2. Register

To register, you’ll need to have the following information handy:

• Your company number
• Membership number (as provided by us)
• Company credit limit
• Your security password (provided in the application stage).

Once you have successfully registered, you can start using the service straight away.

You’ll then be able to provide membership numbers to your cardholders so they can also register for the service. If we hold your cardholders’ email addresses you’ll also be able to use our automated email invitation service using the Cardholder Registration Report.

3. Log-in

You can use this link to log-in at any time. There is also a log-in link on our home page

To log-in you will need your membership number and other details you created during the registration process.

Cardholders

1. Register

Once your card administrator has registered for the service, they will invite you to register. Your invitation will contain your unique membership number and a link to register. If you have already received this email, you can also use the link below.

To register you will need:

• Your membership number (supplied by your card administrator)
• Your full card number
• Credit limit and expiry date.

You will then be able to log in directly from the registration page, or in the future via the link on this page

2. Log-in

You can use this link to log-in at any time. There is also a log-in link on our home page. To log-in you will need your membership number and other details you created during the registration process.
