Calls may be monitored or recorded to maintain high levels of security and quality of service. Calls made to 0800 numbers are free if made from a UK landline. For BT business customers, calls to 0844 numbers will cost no more than 5p per minute, minimum call charge 5.9p (current at September 2007). The price on non BT phone lines may be different.
