ePDQ-Lite is a payment processing system that lets your staff process mail, phone or fax orders, or orders generated by non-automated internet shopping.

Your staff simply key in the customers' transactions securely online through a normal web browser, and Barclaycard Business will process them with the bank, handle settlement, and provide you with online management information and regular statements for all your online transactions.

Our secure central server handles the transmission and stores your customers' card details. You can then control the settlement process, taking payment from your customer once their order is ready for dispatch.

ePDQ-Lite is ideal for call centres, as all your staff can access the system simultaneously and authorise transactions individually.
